How can a dietitian help?

At Restore Nutrition, our dietitians are dedicated to promoting a balanced lifestyle through personalised food, nutrition, and physical activity guidance. Our services are available to individuals of all ages.

We collaborate closely with our clients, their families, and caregivers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances and develop effective strategies for cultivating improved eating habits.

We can help you to adapt your current diet to include nutrient-dense foods to fuel your mind and body. This will help to boost energy levels and when eaten in the right quantity can help to prevent chronic illnesses like heart disease and diabetes.

Our approach is not just about quick fixes; it’s about empowering you to make lasting positive changes that will benefit your health in the long term. We are dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards better health and a more fulfilling life.

Consultation process

Initial visit – (allow 1 hour)

Your initial visit will involve a comprehensive review of your health history. We’ll carefully discuss any current health concerns and symptoms you may be experiencing. This allows us to have a clear picture of your overall health and well-being and to support you to reach your goals.

Review appointment – (allow 30-45 minutes)

Following an initial assessment, our team works closely with you and/or your care team to create a customised plan that supports your specific goals. Review appointments allow us to gently guide you over any bumps you may encounter along the way and to provide the motivation you may need to reach your goals.
